Good quality, professional, videos productions without fuss or outrageous pricing.
We do video production work for a variety of special events, some jobs will be done on an hourly charge, other jobs we can give a fixed price for, because we know the amount of work that will go into producing them and we know the other expenses that will be involved.
Amongst many other things, we cover sporting events, conferences, lectures, and seminars, theatrical work, et cetera, as single-camera recording or multi-camera coverage.
See the wedding video page for wedding packages. We do weddings in a certain way, two-camera coverage, rather like a documentary, with no staging of events. We don't do weddings as single-camera coverage, it's just too difficult to do a good job that way.
We have occasionally recorded funerals. A lot of people find this unpleasant, and I've seen mourners turn away and not attend when they spotted the camera. To avoid upsetting people, I suggest you forewarn people that the service will be video recorded and why (e.g it's being recorded for yourself, or for those who couldn't attend). Likewise, if you want the gathering filmed, after the service. There's really only two ways to cover a service: Either from the back of the hall, where few notice you, but the view may be completely blocked when everyone stands. Or near the front so you can film the speeches well, all the time, and occasionally film the faces of the congregation (e.g. while they're singing a hymn).
We're not, currently, really set up for filming things like birthday parties. We use large camera equipment, rather than small handycams (which are more suited to spontaneous filming, and squeezing into small spaces).
