Ingredients
- 100 grams (or four ounces), of self raising flour.
- 200 grams (or eight ounces), of sugar.
- 100 grams (or four ounces), of oats.
- 250 grams (or six ounces), of crushed Cornflakes.
- 200 grams (or eight ounces), of butter.
- 30 milli-litres (or two table spoons), of golden syrup.
Method

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Gently melt the butter and golden syrup together.

Mix it in with the dry ingredients.

Spread the mixture evenly into a greased tin.

Bake in a moderately hot oven (180° C, or 374° F), for about fifteen minutes.

Cut it into fingers while it's still warm and soft.

And now the best bit… Eat them before everyone else does!
