Tim's Cheese Scones

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together (add the cheese last)
  3. Melt the butter and mix in the milk
  4. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients and mix everything together
  5. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead well
  6. Roll out with a floured rolling pin to about 4 cm thick
  7. Cut into your preferred scone-sized shapes
  8. Place onto floured, or baking-paper lined, oven tray
  9. Bake for about 12 minutes
