Acronyms are psuedo-words made up from the initials of a phrase. The one you're most likely to see, in the context of FAQs (frequently asked, or answered, questions) is to RTFM.
I'll put a few here, but I'm not going to be an acronym dictionary. If you can't figure one out, then use your comman sense, and search for it using a search engine, or check your e-mail clients documentation (that often contains a few), else search the internet for “TLAs” (three letter acronyms, whether or not they're three letters long).

The “H” usually stands for honest or humble (but it often isn't “humble”).

Which is different from how LOL used to mean “lots of love,” in traditional letters (on paper).
