Miami hasn't been developed for a few years, now, and the author has disappeared from public contact.  Many people have reported that it's impossible to buy and register Miami; and that it's impossible to fully activate it even if you managed to get keys, somehow (activating it involved interacting with the author's systems, which have been out of action for a few years).
