Corporate and business video productions

Good quality, professional, videos productions without fuss or outrageous pricing.

We produce videos for businesses, whether that be filming of conferences, seminars, training videos, product or service promotion, or any other reason.  We aim for rapid completion, although that depends on getting as much information as possible from the client ahead of time, and whether additional people need to be brought in (e.g. musicians, narrators, etc.).  Well organised jobs, not needing editing changes, nor voice overs or music, can be finished in a day or so.

Most corporate video jobs involve a few hours of pre-production work (finding out what the client wants, planning what needs to be done, and arranging it).  Half, to a full, day's filming with a variety of equipment beyond just the camera.  And a similar amount of post production work (half a day, or so—longer when the client changes their mind).

While pricing for labour and equipment for filming and editing video productions can be worked out from the other business pages on this website, those pages just outline equipment and labour costs.  They don't factor in all the costs, nor time, involved for pre- and post-production work.  They're dependent on the job, itself.  Simply filming a conference may involve little more than the on-site filming time.  The average, short, very simple, corporate video production requires good planning, as well as filming and editing, and may cost from around $700.  (Here, “simple” refers mostly towards what needs to be filmed, and how, rather than the presentation style of the end result.)  Clients need to discuss their particular production needs with us, fully, to estimate the total production costs.

An alternative to giving the client an estimate or quote can be for the client to tell us the budget that they're setting aside for the project, and we can work out what can be done within their budget.  This can avoid some of the problems clients incur when they go shopping for simply the cheapest pricing, or aren't sure of what they want to do, or what they can do.
